What you can make

Profile picture refresh

Drop the page into X, Instagram, or Discord as a profile-banner background — chibi versions of you scattered around the bio look like a personality, not a stock template.

Personalised gift print

Print on cardstock, frame it, hand it to a friend on a birthday. The 手账 register reads as crafted-for-you rather than generated-on-a-Tuesday.

Sticker-pack source material

Each chibi in the scrapbook is a usable individual sticker. Crop, isolate, and you have 5–8 stickers from one render — start of a real Telegram or LINE pack.

Couple / friend group page

Drop a photo of two or three people; the scrapbook layers chibi versions of everyone in the photo, doing what they were doing. Reads better than a forced group selfie.

Travel journal entry

Photo from a trip in, scrapbook page out — chibis riding the train, ordering coffee, sitting in the park. The handwritten notes do the captioning for you.

Fandom or OC reference sheet

Artists and writers use it as a reference page for a recurring character: multiple poses, multiple expressions, on one sheet, in a consistent style.

process

How it works

  1. 01

    Drop a selfie

Any photo of you — clear face, neutral expression or not, alone or with others. The model reads pose, outfit, and what you're doing in the scene.

  2. 02

    Hit Generate

GPT Image 2 renders the full scrapbook page in 30–60 seconds. 5–8 chibis, handwritten notes, doodles, washi-tape texture — all in one shot.

  3. 03

    Download or iterate

Export as WebP. If a particular chibi pose isn't right, regenerate — diversity comes for free since the model reinterprets the photo each pass.

who uses this

Use cases by audience

Gift-makers

A personalised birthday card you couldn't have bought.

The 手账 scrapbook register is the kind of thing you'd commission an artist for. Generated in a minute, printed at a local shop, slipped into a frame — the recipient won't believe you didn't spend three weekends on it.

Social-media creators

An avatar that's a scene, not a sticker.

Every other AI chibi tool ships a single sticker. A full scrapbook page reads as bio art — something people screenshot and ask where you got it. Differentiation that actually shows up in the feed.

Indie artists + illustrators

A character-reference sheet without the day-long block-in.

Multiple chibi poses on one page is the standard reference deliverable. Use the output as a starting point for hand-drawn polish, or ship as-is — the consistency across poses is the part artists spend an afternoon enforcing manually.

Couples + close friends

A keepsake from a single photo.

Anniversaries, friendship milestones, travel-together moments — drop the original photo in and the scrapbook page expands it into a multi-panel memory. Reads better as a print than the photo itself.

questions

Frequently asked

What is an AI chibi maker?
A tool that turns a photo of you into a chibi-style illustration — exaggerated head, simplified body, soft lines. Most AI chibi makers output a single sticker. FluxGen outputs a full scrapbook page with 5–8 chibi versions of you, handwritten notes, and doodles, in one render.
Does the chibi actually look like me?
Stylistically, yes — outfit, hair, glasses, expression, and what you're doing in the photo all carry through. Photorealistic likeness is not the goal; chibi is a stylised register where 'reads like you' beats 'looks like you'. If you need a portrait-accurate avatar, a hand-drawn commission is the right tool.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear face, daylight or even artificial light, you doing something specific (sitting at a café, hiking, holding a coffee). The more the scene tells a story, the more the chibis can riff on it. Group photos work too — the scrapbook layers chibis of everyone in the frame.
Do I need to write a prompt?
No. The chibi scrapbook prompt is fully built in. You drop a photo, hit Generate, and the rest is handled.
Which image model does FluxGen use?
OpenAI's GPT Image 2. The model's text-in-image handling is what makes the handwritten captions and washi-tape labels render cleanly — that's the part most other chibi tools can't do.
How many credits does it cost?
8 credits per render at default Medium quality. Low quality is 3 credits if you want to iterate cheaply; High is 25 credits for sharper output. The cost is shown above the Generate button.
Can I regenerate to get a different scrapbook?
Yes. Each render is independent — drop the same photo in twice and the model produces a fresh set of chibi poses, notes, and doodles. The cheapest way to land on a favourite is to render at Low (3 credits), pick the best layout direction, and rerender that one at Medium or High.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. Per FluxGen's terms, you own what you generate — gift prints, Etsy listings, social posts, sticker packs, all fair use. The likeness of any person in the original photo is your responsibility to clear (don't upload someone else's selfie without their consent).
