Terms

These terms cover what FluxGendoes, what you can and can't do with it, and how the relationship works. By using the service you agree to them.

What FluxGen is

FluxGen is an AI image-generation service. You create images by typing prompts directly or by using curated Looks. We charge credits per image, billed in advance.

Your account

You need an account to generate. We use Google sign-in. One account per person — don't share credentials. You're responsible for activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, email [email protected] and we'll lock the account.

Acceptable use

Don't use FluxGen to generate, upload, or distribute:

We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this. We may also report severe violations to law enforcement.

Credits and billing

What you generate

You own the images you generate, subject to the underlying model providers' commercial-use terms (we currently use OpenAI's GPT Image 2 and Google's Nano Banana models — check their policies for your specific use case).

You grant FluxGen a non-exclusive license to store and serve the images on our infrastructure so you can access your archive. We don't claim ownership and we don't reuse your generations for marketing or model training.

What we provide

The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uptime, model availability, or specific output quality. The underlying AI models can change, be deprecated, or refuse to generate — that's outside our control.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where law permits a cap, our total liability is limited to the credits you spent in the past 30 days.

Termination

You can close your account anytime by emailing [email protected] — we'll delete your data within 30 days.

We can suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, charge back a payment without contacting us first, or attempt to abuse the service (rate-limit bypass, scraping, automation against the unrelated terms).

Changes

We'll update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the journal and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
